Our course puts you and your team first. We explore strengths and quickly identify areas of improvement. We work in-person with groups of 6 to 8 people because watching others is one of the best ways to learn.
Sessions typically last around 4-6 hours depending on the group size.
A by-product of the training is the team-building element, especially when delivered to team specific groups.
Our aim is for attendees to leave with at least 3 specific outcomes they can take back into the work place. It's not rocket-science but it will make a positive difference to them and your business!
